Melanie Barron is a Search Associate in our Calgary office.  She has successfully worked on several senior searches in a number of industries including oil and gas, service and supply, construction, government, manfacuring and heatlhcare.   Prior to joining Davies Park, Melanie developed a solid understanding of human resource management by working in areas of administration, career transition and recruitment allowing her to develop strong executive search research skills.  Melanie has an engaging style and enjoys building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.  She holds a Human Resources Certificate from Mount Royal College and is currently pursuing her CHRP designation.
