A founding principal of the firm, Gerry Davies is a Certified Management Consultant who holds a Master's degree from the University of Western Ontario and a Certificate in Personnel Administration from the University of Alberta. Gerry has conducted senior level executive search assignments in Edmonton and region since the mid-1970s in both the public and private sectors.
Prior to starting Davies Park, Gerry was a partner in two national consulting firms with responsibility for Alberta Human Resources practices. He has advised many clients conducting organizational reviews and compensation studies on such topics as strategy and process.
Gerry is a director with the Alberta Lung Association. He also sat on the Executive Committee of the Art Gallery of Alberta from 1999 - 2006 and is a member of the Canadian College of Health Service Executives.
