Allan Nelson manages our Calgary office and is a principal of the firm.  He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta and is a Certified Management Accountant.  Since opening the Calgary office, Allan has specialized in senior executive recruitment in a variety of sectors including Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, High Tech, Communications, Post Secondary Education, Municipal Government, and Retail.  Prior to joining the firm, he spent over 11 years as a senior manager in private industry.  Throughout his career, Allan has dealt first hand with all areas of human resource management.

Allan is an active member of the Calgary Chamber of Commerce.  In addition, he has recently been a volunteer on a number of community and not-for-profit boards, including the Heritage Pointe Condominium Board and the University of Lethbridge Faculty of Management Advisory Board.  He also spent several years in leadership roles on the Provincial and National boards for the Society of Management Accountants of Canada, and was awarded an FCMA designation in 2002.
