Shalini Bhatty is the Director of Research in our Calgary office.  She holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Western Ontario and has over 10 years of professional experience in human resources and professional services.  Ms. Bhatty gained her experience in Canada and the Middle East with organizations in the energy, transportation, retail and consulting sectors.

Shalini's recruiting career began in 1999 and her skills have progressed significantly since that time.  Early in her career she found her way into the executive search business and she has worked extensively with both national and international firms based in Alberta, Ontario and the U.S.  Ms. Bhatty has recruited senior professionals into technical, specialist, management and executive roles for many of Canada's leading organizations.

In her personal time, Shalini is an avid squash player and recreational runner.
