Shayleen Stringer is the Director of Search Services for our Edmonton office.  She obtained a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Lethbridge before relocating to Edmonton in 2002.

Shayleen began her professional career in the post secondary sector where she worked with stakeholders to provide linkages between students, faculty and the community.  She has also worked in the media before finding her passion in executive search.

With over seven years experience within the profession, Shayleen has been involved in the recruitment of senior professionals in a variety of areas.  She re-joins Davies Park after managing the Edmonton branch of a mid-market recruiting firm with overall P & L responsiblity.  In that position her contact network grew substantially as she focused on business development.

Shayleen is actively involved with InterVivos in Edmonton and is completing the requirements to obtain her CHRP designation with the Human Resources Institute of Alberta.
